This is done by turning those Cars and Trucks into Hybrids by using

Through the electrolytic process, Hydrogen and Oxygen are separated
 and supplied to the Intake Manifold on the
Vehicle via the Vacuum generated by the engine.

The Hydrogen/Oxygen (HHO) is then combined with the fuel
(usually Gasoline or Diesel) and dramatically improves
The combustion. The net result is better mileage, and a cleaner exhaust.

For example, about 14% of Gasoline and about 45% of Diesel
